Raw Cheese 101 Poster

This raw milk cheese infographic goes over the basics of pasteurization and cheese basics. As a cheese monger I have 1st hand knowledge on cheese maturing and styles, but I wanted to make something appeal to beginners. As well as creating a proper warning for consuming non-pasteurized cheese when under-age or in comprised health. Cheese is as dangerous as most foods, but people tend to risk more for flavor and richness. Using a vast amount of illustrations and proper research I believe I've created a easy to understand infographic.
